Cameron Rouns, CEO
Cameron Rouns has more than 25 years of experience delivering market-transformation across a broad range of industries. He’s worked in leadership roles with start-ups and Fortune 500 brands to develop, manufacture and commercialize break-through technologies throughout his career, and he fit in right away at Fieldpiece. Cameron was immediately inspired by Fieldpiece’s customer-driven culture and deeply aligned with our firm commitment to bringing continued innovation to the HVACR industry. With Rouns at the helm, we continue to solidify our position as the industry's most trusted tools. When not in the office, you’ll find him with his horses or team roping with one of his daughters.
Kevin Lundquist, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin has more than twenty years of corporate finance and capital markets experience. As a proven CFO within private equity and Fortune 100 public companies, he brings expertise in financial planning and analysis, operations, M&A, investor relations, accounting, treasury, and corporate development activities. Kevin is a strategic business partner with extensive leadership capabilities, experience living in and running global divisions, a passion for coaching, and an MBA in Finance. In his spare time Kevin is an avid search and rescue volunteer with CARDA (California Rescue Dog Association) and Yosemite and has been on numerous searches and crime scenes with his Cadaver Dog Ghost, and his wilderness search dog Raven.
Jeb Ball, Vice President Sales and Marketing
A proven sales leader with a focus on driving results, Jeb knows how to build strong partner relationships and deliver excellent service to each customer. He’s also an expert at developing both team and employee success. With Jeb's business knowledge and experience combined with his proven track record, we’re well suited to continue to create innovative, new products that professionals in the field need. Prior to joining Fieldpiece, Ball held a number of executive positions with technology and visual marketing companies. Jeb’s passions include statistics, travel and ski trips when he can fit them in.
Bas Kamermans, General Manager, EMEA
An entrepreneurial business manager with more than 18 years of commercial experience, Bas has significantly grown our European presence since joining the Fieldpiece team. With a background in mechanical engineering and general management, he has a strong understanding of both technology and people. He relies on an open communication and motivational management style and has experience leading multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across the globe.
Jim Gregorec, VP, Business Development
Jim leads the Fieldpiece business development team with an innate curiosity to uncover, understand and address customer problems via a distinctively collaborative approach. He believes in challenging thinking, exploring new ways of doing things and seeking diverse perspectives. By combining a balance of process and entrepreneurial spirit, Jim enables his talented team to innovate Fieldpiece’s expanding, industry-leading portfolio of HVACR solutions. His broad experience includes engineering, quality, manufacturing, marketing, and running a business.
Diana Liem , Head of Marketing
Diana is a visionary leader who specializes in driving innovation and delivering tangible results. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, two BAs in Business and Biochemistry and over two decades of unwavering commitment to the world of strategic marketing. Her rich and diverse career includes branding and communications as well as global product management and strategy for several start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations. Her keen insights into consumer behavior and market trends enable her to create offerings that resonate deeply with the target audience. Her enthusiasm and can-do attitude are contagious, inspiring teams to achieve their best. And outside of the office? Diana is an avid gardener, a mom “ extraordinaire” to her 2 sons and self-confessed foreign film junkie.
Prashant Bhadri , VP R&D
A versatile Senior R&D Executive who embraces a servant-leadership style, Prashant has led successful teams in a multitude of technology-based companies. His 20+ years of experience in R&D intertwines his passion for driving results and delivering solutions based on solving both customer and company needs. Prashant has positioned himself on the edge of new market developments and now brings this dedication to excellence to the Fieldpiece team. A University of Cincinnati alumnus, he holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering as well as various patents and has authored numerous articles. As if that’s not enough Prashant is also a Doctor of Philosophy, and volunteers as an experienced sous chef for various organizations in Southern California.
Craig Rodriguez, VP, National Accounts
Craig has been instrumental to the Fieldpiece sales organization for the last ten years. He’s established many of the distributor relationships and has driven the penetration of products across the US and Canada. Since 2023, he’s been tasked with leading the national accounts efforts, driving standardization and large group purchases. An avid sports fan and a ready comeback for any situation, you may also get a glimpse of him playing bass guitar!
Sanjun Niu , VP, Operational Excellence & Program Management
Sam is a distinguished leader in medical device Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering, boasting a career marked by innovation and impact. Proficient in product design, development, and life cycle management, Sam's expertise spans everything from design controls and process improvements to program management and regulations. With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and a background in nanoscale engineering, Sam's visionary leadership, commitment to excellence, and dedication to driving change make him an invaluable asset to Fieldpiece. And when he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him playing volleyball or relaxing in his garden.
