Fieldpiece Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Fieldpiece” of “we”) collect and use data in the context of our website at www.fieldpiece.com (“Website”), and other services provided by us on which a link to this Policy is displayed (collectively, together with the Website, our “Service”). This Policy describes the information we gather from you on the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.

  • Identifiers and usage. Please be aware that after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

Your European Privacy Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, then unless otherwise indicated, Fieldpiece is the entity responsible, or “data controller” for the processing of Personal Information in this Policy. In the European Economic Area, you also have the following additional rights:
