Furnace testing excellence.
Designed for you.
At Fieldpiece, we developed the SDMN6 Dual-Port Manometer to test the ranges that you’ll come across in the field every day. Great for diagnosing a furnace, it can even determine if the gas pressure coming into the house or out of the regulator is correct. The unit also measures both positive and negative pressure, which is used for measurement on vacuum control lines.
Features unique to furnaces.
Frequently, you need to determine if a furnace’s pressure switch is causing a problem, but it’s always been a guessing game. Until now. The patented SDMN6 can accurately test if the pressure switch is working properly by simulating a draft with an internal pump. It can tell if it’s working properly, or if it is starting to fail which can cause the furnace to run in an unsafe manner. Then, easily calibrate an adjustable pressure switch to the manufacturers’ specifications, so there’s no need to carry a large variety of pressure switches on your truck or leave the jobsite to get the manufacturer’s part.
