Fieldpiece Instruments offers several test lead solutions specifically designed for the way HVAC technicians test in the field. Our detachable probe tip silicone test leads allow you to plug one probe tip directly into the top of our stick meter, attach an alligator clip extension tip onto the COM (common lead), and test with one hand, safely and easily. Add the red alligator extension to the volts lead to perform a “no-hands” test. We also offer spring loaded test lead kits, silicone test leads, shorting cables, and a flame diode adapter kit with mini-plug adapter. Just added to our test lead line is the RCT2 extended probe tip set that allows you to test connector plugs without dismantling the connector plug as well as hard to reach test points often found on tightly packed mini-split systems. It comes in the ADK7 deluxe silicone test lead kit.

	Shorting Cables with Alligator Clips - ADA2 The ADA2 shorting cables clip to electrical terminals for setting up temporary circuits. Each red and black cable is wrapped in vinyl insulation and reaches 3.5 feet in length. The small alligator clips are strong, yet long and thin enough to get into the tight areas commonly found in HVAC/R equipment. 	Deluxe Silicone Test Lead Kit - ADK7 The ADK7 deluxe silicone lead is the optimal way to test most electrical parameters you run into during field service. The kit includes the ADSL2 silicone leads and ASA2 alligator leads plus RCT2 probe tips. HVAC techs often remove the black probe tip (common) and insert the black alligator lead for an extended reach from ground. When used with our stick meters, the Volts (red) probe tip is inserted into the top of the meter for easy one-handed testing. Use both alligator extension to perform “no-hands” tests. Silicone test leads deliver better performance in temperature extremes than test leads insulated with vinyl. SPECIFICATIONS See ADLS2, ASA2, and RCT2
	Deluxe Silicone Test Leads - ADLS2 The ADLS2 lead set features high copper strands and are silicone insulated. They offer basket style strain relief and fit inside the test lead holders on all of out meters that have built-in holders. They’re rugged and stand up to high and low temperatures better than traditional vinyl test leads and don’t become brittle in extreme cold. 	Accessory Handle Adapter - AHDL1 The AHDL1 Accessory Handle Adapter plugs into any DMM with industry standard jacks, allowing you to quickly connect any of our accessory head instruments for testing. Using your multimeter with 100’s and 1,000’s mVDC ranges, attach the adapter and head to measure even more HVAC/R parameters. 	Flame Diode Test Adapter Kit - AQK3 The AQK3 Flame Diode Test Adapter Kit allows you to plug into the flame diode circuit between the controller and the flame sensing rod to check for problems. Whether you’re testing a system with a hot surface igniter or a standard burner and flame setup, the adapter kit includes both a pair of spade connector leads to enable easy connection from the AUA2 or a multimeter to quick connects, plus an adapter for controllers that require a mini-plug connection. 	Extension Probe Tip Set - RTC2 The latest addition to our test lead line is the RCT2 extended probe tip set that allows you to test connector plugs without dismantling the connector plug as well as hard to reach test points often found on tightly packed mini-split systems. A lot of techs refer to these as “Molex” test leads because of the connectors they measure. They come as a component of the ADK7 Deluxe Silicone Lead Kit.
